How it’s made
Steep 3 Earl Grey tea bags in 1.25 cups of boiling hot water and 1 generous teaspoon of honey for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes has passed, Sprinkle 7.5 teaspoons of gelatin into the tea mixture and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add 3/4 cup of KOVAL Cranberry Gin and stir well. Let sit.
On a stove top, slowly warm 1 cup heavy cream and 1 drop of pure vanilla extract. Do not heat on high or until boiling - you simply want to warm the cream a bit. Slowly pour the cream into the Earl Grey mixture. Then pour into your mold.
There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.

2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
egg white
splash of soda water
Dry shake all ingredients except soda.
Add ice and shake even more.
Strain and top with soda water.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
