Icelandic Pudding
In honor of National Vanilla Pudding day, we created this Icelandic themed vanilla pudding wobble shot with a kick of berries, rose and rhubarb notes.

How it’s made…
Here is what we did
Bloom 2 tablespoons of gelatin.
Spray molds with nonstick spray.
Mix instant pudding package into 1 cup of cold whole milk.
Add bloomed gelatin into the pudding mix
Add 1/2 cup vodka to the pudding mixture
Add 1/3 cup 64 Reykjavik Rhubaerb Liqueur
Pour into molds and allow to chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Unmold and garnish with a sugar ball.
There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.

2 oz Finlandia Wildberry & Rose Botanical
5 oz White Peach Calpico
Cucumber Ribbons
Sliced Starfruit
Using a vegetable peeler, peel ribbons of cucumber lengthwise and spiral a ribbon inside a tall collins glass.
Fill with ice.
Pour over the cocktail ingredients and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced starfruit on a pick.
