Inspiration for this wobble shot came from Rainier Cherry Day and Cherry Day.
Ingredients
How it’s made…
Here is what we did
CHERRY
Heat 1 ½ cup Cherry Juice
Bloom gelatin and 1tbs honey then mix
Spray non stick on the mold and blot off excess non stick spray
Add 3/4 cup Wild Roots Cherry Vodka and mix
Pour into mold
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
CHERRY STEM
Heat 2 ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water
Continuously stir until light brown
Drizzle onto foil into long strands
Let harden, about 45 minutes
FINAL ASSEMBLY
Carefully remove from mold
Add stem
Add edible leaf (optional)
There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.

2 oz Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Vodka

Pour over ice and garnish with lime slice or cherry.
