Ingredients
Ten to One Dark Rum
A masterful blend of 8-year old Barbados and Dominican column still rums, Jamaican pot still rum, and Trinidadian rum. Aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks with no added sugar, color or flavoring.
Ten to One White Rum
An enticing unaged blend of Dominican column still rum and Jamaican pot still rum, combined in a 90 proof expression. The perfect base for premium cocktails with an intriguing flavor profile, it's a game changer for the white rum category.
Lime
Black, Blue and Red Food Coloring
Sugar
Gelatin
Water
How it’s made…
Here is what we did
SHARK FIN
Heat ½ cup water, ¼ cup lime and 1 tbs sugar
Bloom gelatin and mix
Add 2tbs Ten to One Dark rum and mix
Add tiny amount of black food coloring and mix
Spray non stick on the mold and blot off excess non stick spray
Pour into mold
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Carefully remove from mold.
WATER
Heat 1 ½ cup water, ¾ cup lime and ¼ cup sugar
Bloom(2 servings) gelatin and mix
Add blue food coloring and mix
Add ¾ cup Ten to One White rum and mix
Let cool for 3 minutes
Spray non stick on the mold and blot off excess non stick spray
Place shark fin in water mold
Pour the blue water mixture into the mold with the shark fin
Poke any air bubbles with toothpick
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Carefully remove from mold.
BLOOD
Use red food coloring in a syringe to inject the water with fake blood.
There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.

1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
Top Sparkling Wine
Shake rum, lime & syrup with ice. Strain into flute or coupe, top with sparkling wine.
